Post Blue Monday

January 17, 2012

We managed to get through Blue Monday, and have arrived in 2012 to our best ever New Year workload! We’ve got a fair bit of repeat business, which is always welcome- Survey Monkey goes a little way to telling us what our clients think, but placing more business with us is the best barometer of our skills. It also makes us realise we are good at what we do!

The next few weeks brings us the topics of waste recycling; star gazing; new school unveiling; new menu designing; MBA student interviewing; wind turbining; and musical musings. Go us!

Here’s to a very busy Winter and Spring!

Last one for today

October 4, 2011

Here’s MMU’s international student guide. We edited the copy.

And also…

October 4, 2011

We’ve just finshed a PR campaign for MMU. Its MBA Challenge culminated in an award ceremony on Wednesday 28 September, where Hannah Lowry won a £15,000 scholarship for its part-time MBA.

Coverage included a rather nice piece in last Friday’s Manchester Evening News.

We’ve also recently completed more work for RNCM. We designed audition posters and a brochure.

Repeat business rules

October 4, 2011

You can probably tell by looking through our posts that we get a lot of repeat business- something we’re very proud of.

Hagley Catholic School Sixth Form are about to take delivery of another copper media designed and edited propectus!

Bells are ringing

October 4, 2011

Christmas has started early in the copper media office, as we’ve just designed the Christmas menus for Croma. Feeling hungry…

We heart schools

October 4, 2011

After a successful marketing project for Chorlton Park Primary School- where we designed a new logo, prospectus, welcome guide and stationery- we’re now working with the School and its new Federation.

The School’s Head is teaming up with Old Moat Primary School in Didsbury to form a Federation, and we’re working on a new logo and marketing material.

Schools rule!

More buses…

October 4, 2011

Everything is still coming at once! After completing The University of Manchester’s EPS stakeholder newsletter we’ve been asked to write its Manchester Energy brochure. The brochure will be used at a prestigious alumni public lecture and dinner this month.

We’ve just finished the copy, after interviewing several highly-respected academics, and the brochure goes to print on Thursday.

We’re now continuing to work on the Faculty’s EPS Alumni newsletter, and also its next stakeholder newsletter.

Well, we’ve been busy…

June 2, 2011

Just like buses, all of our projects have come at once, and we’re currently working like the clappers. As ever in business, the worry about where the next job will come from is quickly replaced by frantic efforts to complete projects!

Here’s what we’re working on at the mo:
MMU’s MBA Challenge campaign www.mmu.ac.uk/mba1
The University of Manchester’s Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences newsletter
RNCM’s international marketing material

Just Salford to crack now…

A tribute to Professor Alan Gilbert

April 5, 2011

We’ve finished designing a tribute brochure to celebrate the life of Professor Alan Gilbert, the inaugural President and Vice Chancellor of The University of Manchester. The University asked us to design the brochure to commemorate his life, and to highlight his work in setting up the Equity and Merit Scholarship Programme, which brings talented students from some of the world’s poorest countries to Manchester.

We both spent many years working at The University of Manchester, in the Communications, Marketing and Public Relations Office, and we were there when Professor Gilbert first took the reins of the University. We hope that the brochure helps to raise funds for his legacy project.

Now every school can run its own business

March 28, 2011
